Cooler Master NotePal U2 Laptop Cooling Pad with Two Configurable 80mm Fans (R9-NBC-8PBK-GP)

Build quality of the frame is great, and with the fans removed (which is just a press of a button) the cooler wraps around a laptop for easy travel, and the hole in the back is perfect for my extended battery to stick out when traveling. The fans and frame are lightweight and strong, and the fans provide adequate airflow. the real advantage is the fan placement, just feel where your laptop is the hottest and place one of the fans below that spot, which is great for my 15.4" dell precision because I need both the fans on one side of the laptop. Perfect size for a 14-17" laptop, might be too big for anything smaller or bigger. overall very satisfied.

I was tired of my laptop blowing hot air on my hand, and the sound of a straining fan. I never tried a cooling pad before, but I have to admit this thing is great. The fan is very quiet and keeps the one inside the laptop off. The angle of the keyboard feels better when I type and I can hide all the cords under the laptop now. I appreciate the usb passthru power, but I actually prefer to have an external usb charger powering it, otherwise there is a long dongle hanging off my laptop which looks unstable. This is such a good deal I've bought 3 of them!
